What do I need to know for graduation?

To participate in Commencement, your graduation application must be submitted by November 1 for spring Commencement and April 1 for fall Commencement. If these dates have passed and you have not yet submitted your application but still wish to participate, please submit your application immediately and contact the Registrar’s office to determine if they are able to accommodate your request.

To receive your diploma, you must apply for graduation and pay the $100 graduation fee. You can submit your graduation application by the end of your fifth course. When your graduation application is processed, you will receive an email notification telling you how to pay the fee.

Your diploma will be sent to the address listed on your graduation application approximately 10-12 weeks after successful completion of your final course.

Please note: If you have an outstanding balance, you will need to pay the balance before your diploma will be mailed to you. If you have questions regarding graduation or commencement, please contact the Registrar’s office.
