The Graduation Application in myCU (under your account) must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office at the end of your 5th course. http://intranet.cu-portland.edu/graduation-application/

(Note: You must notify the Registrar’s Office if you change your graduation plans.)

To participate in the commencement ceremony this form must be submitted by: November 1 for spring commencement and April 1 for fall commencement.  Contact Student Services if you need help planning for your commencement ceremony.
